From b2evolution manual

This manual page is outdated. NEW PAGE: Blog A and Blog B in b2evolution v5+.

When you first install b2evolution your database is populated with four blogs and some posts. Blogs A and B are provided as examples of a traditional weblog. The posts that are created in Blogs A and B are a quick-start manual. If you take a few minutes to read them b2evo will be a lot easier to understand.

After you read everything, you can delete those posts if you want to, but a better choice might be to deprecate them. That means you won't see them anymore on your blog pages, but they will still be accessible in the backoffice for later review.

You can also delete Blogs A and B, but many people just go into the backoffice and change the titles, descriptions and links, and turn those into their own blog(s).
