From b2evolution manual

This manual page is outdated. NEW PAGE: Blog URL settings in b2evolution v5+.

In b2evolution 2.x, all the URLs used by b2evolution can be customized through the backoffice under Blog Settings > URLs.

Those settings are also duplicated under the Blog SEO settings tab.
