Generic ping plugin

The Generic ping plugin can be used to add a generic RPC ping service to your blog.
Just install an instance of the plugin and edit its settings accordingly:
- Enter the ping service URL (e.g. rpc.technorati.com/rpc/ping for Technorati)
- Optionally enter a name and note for the plugin service. This gets used for displaying only.
- You should also rename the plugin instance itself, of course.
Note: the provided Ping-O-Matic Plugin supports pinging more than 15 common services, so you should use this one instead, if you don't want to use a special service or only want to ping certain services.
