[edit] Select or create a User or Group
The first page in the Users & Groups tab is a list of all users (if you're the administrator). From this page you can click on the name of a user to edit that account or you can click on the red X in the right column to delete that user. Or you can use the links in the upper right to create a new user or group.
[edit] Create/Edit a user
Whether you create a new user or edit an existing user, the interface is identical.
[edit] User rights
The user level setting has been almost entirely replaced by more advanced user and group level permissions. See also user permissions.
The user group that you choose for the user will determine what privileges the user has.
